I Know What It's Like . . . 

For 15 years I was an elementary school teacher with a desire to become a published author.  I thought I would just "get discovered".  I had a great book idea but I didn't have anyone to sell it too. 

I started a little blog and began to guest post wherever I could.  This grew my audience and I eventually got that book deal.  

I know what it is like to have a dream of being a writer and feeling so far from it.  I know what it's like to start from scratch.  I know what it is like to spend tons of money, hours of time, and to experience loads of rejection trying to get published.
